Document Management System (DMS) Officer (Limited Tenure)

As a Government Business Enterprise responsible for significant railway land and infrastructure in Victoria, VicTrack manages its assets by delivering commercial, social and environmental benefits to stakeholders. Activities include telecommunications, property services, asset management, outdoor advertising, IT services and commercial development.
This is a limited tenure position to cover maternity leave and is responsible for maintaining the Drawing Management System (DMS) processing daily transactions, producing reports as required, liaising with DMS users, answering customer queries and undertaking project tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will be familiar with database systems, have tertiary qualifications in CAD and DMS or appropriate experience, fast and accurate data input, intermediate MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A commitment to customer service, strong attention to detail, ability to organise and set priorities, a high level of initiative and self motivation are also requirements for this position.

This is a great opportunity to demonstrate a variety of skills and technical abilities whilst ensuring an accurate up to date system.
